So why is it that in a population where Blacks comprise of the majority, most are single? Well unless you're one of the lucky individuals to spot that handsome, successful, personable and charming brother while riding the Red line train to Metro Center or driving in bumper to bumper traffic on the 495 beltway, then finding the time to date may be nearly impossible.

Of course there’s the weekend, but let's face it—unless you’re looking for meaningful conversation with an attractive lady over the sound of “Let’s Swag” in the club while her three girlfriends give you the evil eye, then your options are pretty limited.
